Word Cloud
In this beginning, let us begin with words. World-creating words: logos. Creation began with the utterance of words: from a great formlessness, words separated the heavens and the earth, night and day, sky and sea. Things of this world, according to the Bishop, are but categories of the mind.
So I would like to begin by whittling down the formless terror of the blank page with a cloud of words to both spur and constrain creation. As a young writer, I was once encouraged to articulate my obsessions. So here they are in a cloud hovering above me, like platonic ideas floating eternally in the hyperuranion, casting their shadows in the cavern of my brain, projecting forms that would dance on its amorphous surfaces.
